The story
In the fifty-two-minute pilot, attendant Tamsin Brooks discovers that every machine contains a slightly different city block populated by persistent digital residents. A child's red coat moves between washers on its own, linking Tamsin to a version of her sister who never left town and establishing the season's central breach.
