The story
Nadia knows the city from above: laundry lines, zinc roofs, hotel skylights, and kitchen fire escapes. When a strike stops ambulances and clinics begin running out of medicine, she builds a rooftop route. A private security firm tries to buy the map before the city sees who can really move.
