The story
Nora Vale comes home to record a gentle harvest feature and instead hears distress signals humming through the irrigation wires. Each variety of apple carries a different frequency, and the broadcasts predict a storm that will erase the valley's water rights. To save the orchard, Nora turns a local radio hour into live evidence before the county auction begins.
