The story
Vance wears sunscreen, eats lunch alone, and sleeps through every useful clue. When a missing-person case leaves evidence only in harsh midday shadows, his curse becomes an advantage. With a night-shift paramedic as his reluctant partner, he has six bright hours to solve the case before darkness makes him ordinary again.
