The story
Mira builds experimental homes for extreme climates and refuses sentimental commissions. Then a coastal client asks for a room that sees two sunrises. The house works, but the second light brings strangers into the kitchen: people borrowing one more morning to say what they missed. Mira must decide whether the house is a miracle, a hospice, or a door she is not ready to open.
