The story
When the harbor's clocks freeze during a fog festival, a brass octopus built for a forgotten exhibition wakes up. It crawls across rooftops, piers, and bell towers, repairing time with eight precise arms. A museum guard and a child follow it through the city, learning that the octopus is counting down to a shipwreck no one remembers.
