The story
In northern Mexico, a private reservoir company buys every storm cell before it reaches the valley. A former carnival rigger gathers acrobats, drone mechanics, and a weather priest to steal one cloud during the saint's-day parade. The heist happens above the crowd, where the ropes used to hang lights can still catch a sky.
