For creators and rights holders

  1. Create your organisation and complete its verification.
  2. Link the formal INDEX record and declare your authority to license the work.
  3. Prepare the exact rights package: territory, channel, language, exclusivity and term.
  4. Upload the delivery version, subtitles and agreed supporting materials to private storage.
  5. Submit the listing for review, negotiate in a deal room and confirm the agreement.

How delivery works

The preferred delivery is a prepared, private package with a recorded file hash and version. The agreement identifies exactly what the buyer receives. Access is limited to the transaction parties and is released through the agreed delivery workflow.

An INDEX record may already reference a film file. That file is reused only when access, licensing authority and its exact version have been verified. The market does not move a private master merely because its public INDEX exists.

The buyer checks the package before acceptance. The market retains the acceptance record and license; an INDEX update is queued for the connected registry. A queued update is shown separately from a confirmed registry update.

One agreement. One fiat payment.

Agree the rights, parties, currency and price before payment. Each order tracks the agreed rights, payment, delivery and acceptance.

Investors participate in film revenues under the project agreement. Review eligibility, the contract, use of funds, milestones and risks before signing. Payment is available only after the required approvals.

What INDEX establishes

INDEX connects submitted identity, versions, creative disclosures and rights declarations to a stable record. It supports inspection and traceability. It does not by itself establish ownership in every jurisdiction, grant a license or guarantee a commercial outcome.
