The story
Nina Belcourt has been measuring the impossible folds of the massif for months, which the inhabitants treat like an ordinary schedule. When her brother is trapped in a stratum that is closing, she climbs against the mechanism and discovers that the mountain protects a pocket of warmth on which the entire valley depends.
