The story
In Nice, Adèle renovates a building promised to luxury rentals. The last balcony refuses to be dismantled and shows each resident a different sea: childhood, exile, love, or bankruptcy. The more the developers rush, the more the mirages become public. Adèle turns the facade into an open-air courtroom.
