The story
During a record storm, thousands of obsolete antennas detach from a forgotten defense grid and fall across a flooded city. Three rescue technicians discover that the metallic rain is transmitting a command that can stop human hearts. Their only chance is a prototype jammer carried across rooftops while the ocean pushes through the streets below.
