A retired parade designer steals a giant balloon that carries the childhood memories of an entire city.

The story
Marta has built balloons for forty years, then watches the parade sold to a private sponsor. The last old balloon inflates by itself and reveals the forgotten routes of neighborhoods erased by highways. Marta takes it into the sky with three children and a city looking up for the first time in years.
