The Beat Inside the Pomegranate
Two separated singers move toward each other on floating pomegranate seeds, while each sung beat opens the enormous fruit further.

The story
In an empty ultramarine stage space, a pomegranate grows between singer Meline Oran and dancer Jo Varek to the size of a house. Each deep tone releases a ruby-red seed, each step holds it suspended for exactly one beat. The linearly generated image world follows the fixed score: both must leap over more than a hundred swaying seeds and reach each other in the open fruit heart before the final chorus drops all stepping surfaces at once.
